3yFormer teammate - I'm really happy to hear that while in the Global Customer Support org you had smart and helpful peers that had your back. It sounds like you had a career path in place had you stayed so I regret that there were things that like salary inequity that led you away. Like many in the industry we have and will continue to review the data and make the necessary adjustments if we see that someone is not in their correct range however ones equity is not based only on having the same role, there are many other factors considered.
