Everything was good until the new Chief People Officer and her friend joined and poisoned the amazing company culture.
Cons
-Suffocation is real at LR. All the good hardworking people were either forced to leave or are voluntarily leaving because of the toxic environment. They had major layoffs yesterday and the very few good people I knew were let go as well and surprisingly none of our leaders friends go affected. In fact they received some back to back promotions for doing absolutely nothing. - You are not allowed to use your expertise that they hired you for and are told to do things in a certain way and if you say no, the leadership decision card is used to make you forcefully follow. I mean do you seriously think we are slaves working for you? -There are drastic budget cuts in places which looks more like a personal decision. There is absolutely no cut in HR team offsites which can easily done in SF office but they decide to do it in other office, fancy lunches even if it's a regular day at office and other perks. -The DIB is a joke here. Lately they started doing initiatives to support only one type community instead of giving equal opportunities to other ERGs as well. Everything is done for promotion reasons and is not coming from heart.
