Pros

I truly love my job at LoadUp Technologies. I’ve always believed that you can thrive in a company with a strong, positive culture — and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. What sets LoadUp apart is its genuine commitment to its purpose, mission, and vision, while consistently embodying its core values. Leadership doesn’t just talk about these principles — they live them. The company truly cares about its employees, and that care naturally extends to the customers & partners we serve. One of the things I appreciate most is the cross-collaboration across departments. Everyone works together, supports one another, and contributes to shared success on a daily basis. It really feels like a true work family. We’re growing at an incredible pace, and it’s an exciting time to be part of the journey. It's a subscription based company with 3 tiers. To get the offers first you must pay 500 dollars each month. Second tier is 250 and the lowest tier is 75 a month. You won't make your money back on the 75 a month tier. You only get offers that everyone else has already declined. You also have to pay 100 dollars for 1000 points. You use those points to pay for jobs. When it's time to get paid they don't use direct deposit or paper checks, PayPal, venmo, cash app, apple pay, branch or anything that will get you paid the same day. They only use stripe, square or quickbooks. You create an account and connect your bank account. Load up sends you an invoice. You send the invoice back to load up through the payment platform. They send you a digital card. You then pay yourself through a second invoice with your payment platform, for a convenience fee of course. Load up calls you 5 times a day with job offers that don't pay enough to survive. But the ask you to under bid that number. They try to start bidding wars with other contractors doing all the labor. The lowest bid gets the job. Management keeps all the savings. Payment takes well over a week and the digital card is only valid for 2 weeks. They must keep the money after that. You won't even believe how bad this company is

We genuinely value all contractor feedback, including criticism, because it helps us continue refining the platform and improving support.
