Cons
Dealing with frustrated individuals who couldn't access their money without any justifiable reasons placed a significant burden on employees To make matter worse, the manager's solution was to instruct us to lie to these customers, which only exacerbated the situation. The constant yelling and cursing from customers became overwhelming, leading to a truly horrible job experience. The CEO of the company would openly flaunt his power and demonstrate a disregard for others in public settings, solidifying his negative reputation. SO NOT LIVE FEAR WORKING HERE!
