Teammates believe in the crypto economy and are very knowledgeable in the field.

Cons

Leadership is in complete disarray and extremely predatory. Never seen anything like it. Siggestions to improve processes are promptly dismissed as too time-consuming. Meanwhile, they waste countless hours in senseless meetings used primarily to mock and bully employees. My advice is to seriously take heed of these Glassdoor reviews and run don't walk away from this terrible company.

In the initial hiring stage they will sell you this dream of how AMAZING the company is and all the perks they offer. But dont fall for this bait. Everything is a lie. Professional development? Ask them about the policy. It doesn't exist, and they do not pay for any licenses or membership for any professional association you are a part of. Employee Discounts? They say you get it, but no one ever shows you or tells you. For the entire year I worked there no one got employee discounts on anything.

- The CEO Jay & Tristan exhibit predatory behaviours - Parties in the office till 4 am - Huge drinking culture, senior leadership doesn't mind having a beer or two while on virtual team meetings. - Managers constantly swearing and using profanity, bullying employees - CEOS are racist and biased - fired my colleague the next day after he came out as gay - HEAVY startup culture, they will only promote you if sell your soul and kill yourself working - founders and their current HR have no compassion for mental health and will play an active role in sabotaging it. - will fire people just under their 90 day probationary period to avoid paying termination PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE AND RUN!!! if you want to save your dignity, mental health and overall wellbeing AVOID this fraudulent establishment at all costs.

I had the opportunity to develop strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Dealing with angry customers on a daily basis allowed me to hone my ability to remain calm under pressure.

Cons

Dealing with frustrated individuals who couldn't access their money without any justifiable reasons placed a significant burden on employees To make matter worse, the manager's solution was to instruct us to lie to these customers, which only exacerbated the situation. The constant yelling and cursing from customers became overwhelming, leading to a truly horrible job experience. The CEO of the company would openly flaunt his power and demonstrate a disregard for others in public settings, solidifying his negative reputation. SO NOT LIVE FEAR WORKING HERE!
