Nice team Benefits were initially reasonable but declined over time

It took me a long time to write this because of how difficult the experience was. The senior leadership team created a toxic work environment through bullying, there is also a lot of substance abuse. Speaking up, disagreeing or offering a different perspective often led to termination. Pay was low and consistently explained away by the company’s poor financial position. At the same time, suppliers frequently went unpaid and many eventually refused to work with the company at all. Being associated with this behaviour was embarrassing and professionally damaging, it placed employees in an uncomfortable and unfair position. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe the company is financially sustainable long term and I would urge anyone considering working with or partnering with them to proceed with caution.

A great company culture and atmosphere with an incredible team of lovely hard working people. The office is a film location itself, so an exciting place to work and in the heart of London.

It's a Grade II listed building so the office is cold in winter, but portable radiators are provided to keep everyone warm.
