      - none. there are no redeeming qualities to this company.

      Cons

      - Lying at interview stage to get you interest - will offer less than the job is advertised at - No support in this role from management - The building they work in is unfit for purpose. No heating, lift broken, abusive security members - No CRM system. A huge amount of boring, pointless administration tasks - no culture or employee benefits

      So much potential to be a great company

      Pros

      Great idea and boss. Very open form of communication. Some awesome people.

      Cons

      Have had experiences of HR lying through email and to face. Salaries are not competitive for property. Lost respect for director level a long time ago. HR don’t like to hear feedback and cover for “favourites”.
