There is opportunity for travel, with multiple UK offices as well as clients in Australia, Hong Kong, The Netherlands and Ireland. Cons
Internal training and knowledge sharing is still under development, and could be further improved particularly to assist staff working in remote roles. Growth is always a focus and there is a focus on bringing new talent in, however turnover leads to a reasonably stable size of the organisation.
