Logikal is a glorified project controls recruitment agency disguised as a 'consultancy' with none of the benefits. logikal acts as a middle middle man for their clients to fill in positions and will push for the highest rate to fill those positions rather than try and grow existing employees to fill these positions.
1) extremely poor internal training, which rarely benefits the employee and is only done to tick boxes
2) external training is limited and if given, the cheapest position will be chosen because Logikal is an extremely greedy company
3) as above, extremely stingy when it comes to expenses. Will push for the absolute cheapest option even if it does not favour the employee (even though they're a multi million profit making company as shown on companies House)
4) will make any senior consultant Donny and above a manager, regardless of their terrible managerial experience and skills
5) rarely hear from the CEO who resides in Australia, no town hall meetings, absolutely nothing. Eventhough their biggest presence is in the UK.
6) extremely poor and low salary with no benefits (no health insurance or other benefits outside of base pay)
7) expected to juggle client and logikal commitments, even though client takes priority
8) all social events are heavily alcohol influenced and are not fun if you do not drink
9) yearly social will only be partly paid for (i.e ski trip only flights is covered, equipment etc. You have to pay for. See point 3)
10) senior management barely are noticeable and no catch up with them is done
