Pros

• Company had a great culture and work environment under the leadership of CEO Sanjeev Kumar • Employees were valued and well taken care of during previous management • Good learning opportunities and career growth were available • Team collaboration and work-life balance was healthy • Management was approachable and employee-friendly under earlier leadership

Cons

• Since the change in leadership with new CEO Sunil Kar taking charge, the company culture has drastically changed • Mass layoffs were carried out without proper communication or support to affected employees • Employee benefits have been significantly reduced or completely removed • Good and experienced employees are constantly leaving the organization • High attrition rate — talented people are resigning due to poor management decisions • Employee morale is at an all-time low with no clarity on company direction • No job security for existing employees • Management lacks transparency and employee-centric approach

Pros

Very hard to find any positives in the current situation

Cons

The company has completely lost direction. There is no clarity, no execution, and no stability. Management keeps talking about big future plans and showing dreams to investors while internally the company is financially struggling badly. Within a few months, headcount reduced from around 250 to nearly 110 because of extreme layoffs. Half of the company was removed suddenly through a single mail. Employees were promised survival salary/support for 3 months after layoffs, but many people are still waiting for payments and settlements. Retention bonus which was supposed to be credited in March 2025 is still pending for many employees even till May 2026. Frequent salary delays became normal. A lot of employees who left or were laid off still have pending dues. The culture has become extremely political. Most senior and capable people already left or were asked to go. Technical decisions are influenced by non-technical leadership and there is almost zero confidence left among employees. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. Company can remove employees overnight without respecting commitments, but if an employee resigns and asks for early release, suddenly HR policies and 3 months notice period become very strict. Morale is completely dead inside the company. Most employees are stressed, frustrated, and actively looking to leave.
