Pros
If you're not just looking for "a job," this place can be a real gem. There are a lot of seriously smart people that work here. Ingenuity and the thirst for learning are rewarded and encouraged here. I've always felt as if I could make suggestions about my day to day tasks, my position or even a company suggestion and it would be heard. Leadership does their best to both listen and execute.
Cons
Like a lot of companies, patience is required. If change is able to be made, it can take a while and pass through a few hands before anything moves forward.
