A great opportunity and experience turned sour

Pros

Good seasonal job, great introduction to the clothing manufacturing industry. Different departments other than the one I worked for were very helpful.

Cons

Supportive turned impatient supervisors, inadequate IT systems, surly and introverted co-workers (at least from what I experienced in the customer service department), poor management which reflected the poor customer service at the time. Management should be more direct with employees concerning performance and reviews.

Free damaged goods and got to leave at 5pm everyday.

Cons

Owner would fly off the handle and randomly start screaming at various employees and contractors about once every other week.
