      Pros

      Work life balance is pretty good due to the 2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off shifts, salary is good for a low experience level, good benefits, cyclescheme perkbox etc.

      Cons

      Machines aren't well maintained so constant issues and oil leaks etc, to many managers and not enough production staff, long shifts, no bonus for production other than attendance bonus of £500 a year,

      Strong job stability, Low risk, safe place to build a career. Exposure to real industrial operations. Autonomy (to a point). Global exposure, international company

      Bureaucracy and outdated processes. Limited innovation mindset. Budget pressure and resource constraints. Blurred ownership / accountability. Growth plateau risk. Leadership inconsistency, some decisions don't align with efficiency or logic.
