Pros

The only positive is having 3 and a half days off. However much of this is spent recovering from the night shift and flipping your sleeping pattern back to normal.

Cons

Poor management, lack of in-house training, illogical shift pattern (going from 2 12 hour day shifts to 2 12 hour night shifts with just 24 hours to adjust to this). Lack of communication between departments. Extremely disorganised.

I hear that logoplaste are making more Redundancies, what a strange situation seems everyone is stretched to the limits now.

Pros

Work life balance is pretty good due to the 2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off shifts, salary is good for a low experience level, good benefits, cyclescheme perkbox etc.

Cons

Machines aren't well maintained so constant issues and oil leaks etc, to many managers and not enough production staff, long shifts, no bonus for production other than attendance bonus of £500 a year,
