Pros

There are great opportunities within the working environment, very friendly people to work with and for. There's always a lot to learn within the job itself so you never get bored of the job, its a well structured place to work with great benefits!

Cons

There can be a little pressure and stress involved with the work and some people (who cant handle stress) may not particularly enjoy that part of the job, even though this is expected in this type of job role.

Pros

The academy was fun. Food shop within the company was nice. Decent benefits for hitting targets but low commission for high ticket sales. Work from home after academy.

Cons

You’ll enjoy the job if you can wear a facade for 8 hours a day, very mentally draining. It’s a cold calling job but they don’t tell you that. They sell people free coins that are £2.50 for postage and they trick them into giving their phone number to put in their call lists to push sales calling daily. Sales targets are very unrealistic for high value products when they’re purposely hiring inexperienced staff for the position. They take on around 8 people monthly and normally only 1 stays long term, sink or swim environment with no proper support. Unethical sales tactics that promotes lying and pushes you to sell payment plans to pensioners that are already in debt. A lot of people I spoke to were confused who the company was and thought it was the Royal Mint. If you have morals you will be pushed out within your first few weeks.
