Thank you for your feedback. As a team, we always value hearing from current and former staff to ensure we are continually learning and improving LoopMe.
We have recently implemented bi-annual employee reviews, bi-annual employee surveys and suggestion boxes in every office, which are used gather feedback and drive improvements.
Rapid growth leads to rapid change and sometimes that causes teething problems. While LoopMe managers try their utmost not to over-promise and under-deliver when it comes to pay, titles or career progression, unfortunately there may be instances where it is not possible, and we address these occasions on an individual level.
We pride ourselves on our product, and are working to ensure it is the best-in-market for our clients, however they want to work with us, whether that’s managed service, programmatic or self-serve.
