The employees are the only good thing about this company. It’s a good starter job for anyone just out of college and needing to build their resume, but not a place to stay long term unless you get promoted to a manager.

Many of CEO decisions are made on the spot without having full details or considering the consequences. He is an “ideas” guy, but he is not a smart business man or people leader. CEO also has his team lie on Glassdoor creating fake positive reviews, so take the positive reviews with a grain of salt because they are likely fake. Reach out to former employees on LinkedIn if you want honest reviews. He will throw money at “culture” events, but only to mask the issues in the company and not pay people what they are worth. Also, this company has been around for YEARS and is still running just like a start-up. It’s not a start up anymore but can’t grow to full potential due to CEOs lack of true leadership.
