Pros
There are many strong and highly competent executives and managers at Lucasfilm. One of the company's strongest characteristics is that it is very family oriented and genuinely takes interest in employees' personal lives and goes to great lengths to accommodate. The company highly values loyalty, intelligence, a strong business ethic, common sense and hard work.
Cons
Unfortunately, salaries seem to be on the low end for the Bay Area market. The company has conducted research related to title revisions and salary adjustments in the past. However for the Bay Area market, the salaries could still use some adjustments.
