Thank you for your comment. We provide training to all employees, including accounting team during the induction period. All new accounting staff have been shown on how our accounts are recorded when they started, however, we do not provide training on how to use excel or Quickbooks as that was the basic requirement for our accounting roles. Due to the nature of our business, our accounting department needs to be very efficient and detailed. Strong communication is also our requirement for an efficient accounting team and I'm sorry to hear that you feel you have not been given enough training during your employment with Lulutrip. We firmly believe in treating our employees with respect by building open and honest relationships with our clients, partners and colleagues. As we focus on delivering customer service excellence and working together to achieve our goals, we do have conversations with employees who have not been meeting our expectations. Our office is an open-space environment with majority of sales team answering calls most of the time, thus the noise level in the office can be high at times. Sorry to hear that you felt you have been yelled at and have not brought this to HR's attention, who will be able to assist in solving any miscommunication. We wish you all success in your future accounting job and hope you will be able to find another role at a good location where it only takes you 10 mins to travel to work.
