Lumencor employees are dedicated to personal and professional growth. The company takes on that character. Ownership goes out of their ways to offer training and development. This makes for team of dedicated, positive and hard working employees. New and old hires look to improve practices, methods, services and products. This is a great place to be if you are similarly minded. Employees are friendly, driven and frown on excessive hubris. Employees are rewarded with excellent benefits, and above average compensation. Active ownership with open door policy. Products are demonstratively the best in class.

Lumencor is quick paced and change is continual. If you are uncomfortable with the sorts of things company growth demands, this is not a place you will be happy. Lot's of PhD's in management who are driven by data. You must support your role with tangible facts and cogent arguments.
