Job satisfaction, career development, and advancement are of key importance at Lumencor. The management team encourages enrichment opportunities to help employees find their work rewarding. In 2021, five team members were promoted as new positions were created within the company’s Manufacturing and Sales departments. Their newly vacant roles were then filled with new hires. Lumencor continues to scale up with regard to hiring, production and revenue, in the midst of a global pandemic.
