Sr. leaders especially in Mfg are paraded out every few months. Beats me how the Board in onboard with this given the company is a Mfg company. Company has become stagnant and CEO needs to find the next merger for growth. 3DS cant alone save this company. IT leader is out of touch with the reality of whats truly needed at a place like Lumentum.
