      Rude management and directors; Harsh and opportunistic behaviour of upper management in Caswell site; Managers lack team skill set; US headquarters treats this site as money maker and only see the money side of it; Old and aged employees are narrow visioned but they are privileged to be on management; Too many projects but lack of resources (manpower and toolsets) in fab Very old toolsets in fab; No real efforts to improve this toxic work culture
