Management always updating and asking for opinions. Benefits and salary are great Good facilities and upgrades coming soon
Cons
Shifts are hard 12 hour days and nights. Old and dated equipment Colleagues often Not very good at communicating regarding important things that require urgent attention. Some areas are very cliquey and there is a lot of back stabbing and throwing under the bus between different shifts Very difficult to switch off from work.
