- Friendly, and helpful feedback from management - Excellent mentorship for data team members when it comes to communicating with non-technical audiences - Great place to learn about corporate data when coming in with a fresh STEM degree - Wonderful team culture - Easy facilitation of cross-team collaboration
Cons
- Practicing technical skills were usually outside of working hours - Compensation was near the bottom of industry standards. Was not a typical data analysis role.
