Very long process - there are 4 stages: HR screen, take-home assignment, managers, data team. Overall positive experience and were very friendly, though the team round was cold and felt one-sided.
The interview process was smooth and professional throughout. The team made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. It began with an HR interview, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager, and concluded with a technical interview.
Fun process, but incredibly long with poor communication throughout. Ended up going through 5 interviews + a case study over the course of 3.5 months and then ended up waiting 4 weeks to hear a final decision (which was no...which is fine!). Process was not well managed.
However, the interviews were interesting, with a mix of traditional behavioural questions and out of leftfield questions (e.g., Mac or Windows, favorite font). I really enjoyed everyone I met and felt like it was a good work culture overall. Interviews and case studies weren't that tough.
