Pros

Created amazing and solid connections because of my personality, learned about crypto and my strength, but especially my values.

Cons

Toxic. They're mean people thinking they're famous and can treat people in a horrible way because they invested early in crypto. They lie and make fun about everyone inside and outside the company, and with they I mean EVERYONE. Dressing expensive doesn't mean anything if you're an empty soul inside. Read that again. Mental health is way more important than money, and nobody at this place cares about other individuals. Be careful and far away from these scammers.

Pros

You’ll quickly learn red flags to avoid in future employers.

Cons

Leadership (including the CEO) feels out of their depth — decisions are random, short-sighted, and often make problems worse. Account directors and staff are mostly very young, with little actual PR experience. Lots of “fake it till you make it” energy… without the “make it” part. Imposter syndrome runs the show, which means clients (and employees) end up paying the price. The company talks big but operates like a low-budget scam. Horrible Pay
