Ever since the mass lay-offs the company lots it's amazing culture and slowly went into a toxic micromanaged place with zero to little remorse for throwing away many of the internal values they once held tight. Customer success space is heavily micromanaged with no room to breath or have a healthy work/life balance. There were very poor unfair methods of shift allocations using Amazon call center tactics by creating shift bidding and giving it to the top performers(dangling the carrot in front a rabbit tactic) The shifts were poorly structured working hours and you are assigned your shift for a very long time with little to no room to enjoy your personal life as you will always have one of your weekend days working, either Sat or Sun.
