Pros
Company ethics are good, decent pay and they generally really do make an effort to employ fun people and be social
Cons
Working conditions in the spa (where I used to be) is a joke, junior members of staff are punished, sometimes sacked, for genuine minor mistakes while management who have had 5+ formal complaints against them have it brushed under the carpet. Systems being used are archaic, and management are so deathly afraid of negativity and criticism that change is either impossible or so slow and viscous that it has little benefit to employees.
