      -Ethical campaigns offer opportunities to engage with staff and customers a different way than just sales -Effort towards building a positive culture and transparency -Opportunities for new leaders to develop skills

      Cons

      -Promotes external hires over internal talent -Talks about growth but have no growth opportunities for managers -Bonus and salary increase opportunities related to sales (which can result in some managers putting profit over people) -Support is redundant and belittling at the same time absent yet pressures to meet goals consistent. Then no rewards other than a group email saying “great job” when you meet or exceed goals.

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
