Pros
I met lots of fascinating people - staff and customers - and built great relationships Seasonal products and changes made for variety and dynamism - keeping me engaged It was such an energetic place, it was hard to have a bad day with so many cheery people around me.
Cons
Between loud music, crowded space, and many smells, it could occasionally be sensory overload, Management structure made for work environment that was very leadership-dependent. With a good manager, we all had great time - with a bad manager, the store nothing ran very smoothly.
