      Pros

      Recent acquisition by Luxoft is making positive changes. Potential for travel. Good healthcare benefits. There are good opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      Excelian doesn't understand that their most important resource is the people they sell. Often promotions are given for political reasons instead of performance based. The company doesn't accurately acknowledge excellent work. Poor bonus structure.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
