It's a glorified call center. Please avoid this company at all cost. They will over work you while paying you minimum wage. They deceive you during the hiring stage with a misleading claims about career progression but when you come on board, you realise that it is all a lie. Management doesn't care about you, all they care about is their money. Mass exodus of staff daily due to the toxic work environment. They over work you with no compensation except an odd pizza day or an odd voucher if your lucky. It's a traumatic place to work in because the file handlers are given heavy case loads and so when clients call in, they insult you, yell at you and you have to take it. Please run, don't apply here.
