      Pros

      Good pay Snacks provided Friendly employees

      Cons

      No one knows what's happening with the company. A lot of management were once fresh graduates and hasn't worked anywhere other than Lyten. Quality Manager doesn't have any quality background only senior QA engineers take care of everything. Design Engineers depend on their manager always.

      Good for short term job

      Cons

      Very bad and no future, all managers and supervisors may get layoffs any time without warning because they hired all uneducated managers so employees had no chance to stay long at Lyten.
