Pros

A brilliant job to develop skills and build up knowledge of languages, geographies and the world of economics. An opportunity to engage with others who are on a similar path in a very competitive environment. A job with a substantial degree of flexibility that won't take over your entire life. Home-working is available pretty quickly after training period. Good work environment and friendly colleagues. Can't miss the company BBQ and Christmas party!

Cons

Can be intense and demanding but working with colleagues who have a deep experience in your own field and are prepared to provide regular feedback makes the experience worthwhile. Career progression can be challenging but not impossible.

Pros

You develop an in-depth knowledge regarding several industries. It's a good enough addition to your CV if you have not got much professional experience from before. Some very big clients.

Cons

Low salary for interns (Gradually increases slightly from 10 yuan per hour first month) The job becomes repetitive, with mainly abstractions every day.

Pros

Helped me get a work visa in Shanghai. Some of the team was nice. They bought us pizza and snacks.

Cons

Bad hours, terrible pay, some of the higher ups were not nice.
