Mid-sized, therefore less bureaucracy to implement ideas. Highly technical and complex projects, which have potential to inspire/develop. New focus on performance conversations and recent improvement in people IT systems gives hope.
Cons
Historical culture of fear/autocracy from earlier leadership, plus 4 company CEOs in 4 years has caused chaos. Absolute lack of leadership. No relatable vision or strategy. Any attempts to talk about strategy are just empty words, and efforts to communicate by Executive team are few & far between. Very few consequences at top leadership level for dreadful performance. The whole company is lacklustre. Good people hired on basis they can help to change things, but repeatedly they become flat and demotivated quickly.
