Exposure to cars - fast, unique, and historical. Not a boring corporate environment.
Cons
40% annual turnover rate. Due to high turnover, job duties and roles are constantly evolving. Employees are consistently expected to cover the tasks of departed staff constantly overloading staff. The additional workload is never acknowledged and becomes part of performance expectations. When trying to work through the issues with the CEO and HR, words will be said but the actions will be punishment and retaliation.
