My interview experience reinforced the concerns already reflected in many public reviews. The compensation for this position appeared materially below market for the scope and expectations of the role, and the overall process did not leave the impression of a company that values employees or serious talent. When a company expects high-level capability but offers pay that lags the market, it raises obvious questions about leadership, culture, and retention. It is clear that they don't value their employees! RUN

Tell me about yourself and about your experience in merchandising...
Two Virtual interviews and one in person. We talked about cars and media relating to cars. Experience specific to the genre was the man focus. Movies were recommended which I watched but didn’t ultimately matter.
