Despite this, the individual remains in position, seemingly due to internal influence rather than merit. The culture does not support or retain talent. High-performing individuals are often sidelined or pushed out, while favoritism and internal alliances take precedence.Any individual joining the organisation may find themselves compromising professional standards, as the environment does not encourage integrity, quality, or best practices.
