Pros

The site staff work hard

Cons

This company has a severe issue with institutional bullying at a senior management level. If your face doesn't fit they will find a way to beat you down even if stretching the truth is the only way to do it and covering up their own incompetence. There is only one side of a story here senior managements. It's akin with a teenage school ground clique where they think they are all that but really aren't. They tell lies on all levels, for one they are no where near being a CRO let alone being "one of Europe’s largest contract research organisations" as they claim on their website. Again a case of school ground egos within senior management. The same ego which means they lie to their clients who believe them to be better than they are or will ever be. MAC needs to make major changes from the top down.

Pros

None worth noting. The organisation appears more focused on internal interests than meaningful growth or quality outcomes.

Cons

Senior management lacks accountability and appears driven by personal gain rather than the company’s long-term success. Leadership decisions, particularly at the executive level, do not reflect a clear strategy for sustainable growth or talent development. There are serious concerns around leadership within project management. All managers at Project Management demonstrates a lack of capability in the role, contributing to low morale and employee turnover. Despite this, the individual remains in position, seemingly due to internal influence rather than merit. The culture does not support or retain talent. High-performing individuals are often sidelined or pushed out, while favoritism and internal alliances take precedence.Any individual joining the organisation may find themselves compromising professional standards, as the environment does not encourage integrity, quality, or best practices. Overall, there is little emphasis on delivering high-quality clinical outcomes, with preference given to maintaining the status quo.
