      The only pro that I can think of is that working here gets your foot in the door into Clinical research

      Very poor middle and senior management in all areas of the business.

      Great staff, but poor leadership and financial issues

      Pros

      The staff are great and really the only reason why the company is still afloat.

      Cons

      Bad financial management by the CEO and leadership team resulted in most of the company on reduced hours for 2 months. Salary low and limited opportunity for progression. Poor leadership.

      Pros

      Excellent entry point into clinical research for physicians and healthcare professionals. Strong opportunities to develop an understanding of clinical trial conduct, patient safety, and research methodology. Both the Early Phase and Late Phase departments provided supportive working environments, each offering different experiences and learning opportunities. Collaborative multidisciplinary teams and unique exposure to psychedelic research were particular highlights.

      Cons

      As with any organisation, processes and communication can occasionally be improved. The pace of work can vary significantly between studies, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
