      MAHLE is one of the best companies for which I have worked. I worked there for about three years and was lured away by another job. I regret leaving. The company is progressive and generous to their employees. Excellent place to work.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours in a hot environment.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
