Pros
1. Smaller company where you can get your hands dirty with different kinds of work
Cons
1. Lack of technical leadership and direction 2. Different set of rules for different set of people 3. Too much bureaucracy 4. Lack of transparency in decision making and random rules are imposed without letting people know the reasons 5. Fixed office timings with little/no flexibility. You are also expected to work late nights and on weekends once the release deadline is approaching, 6. Too many people fired too often with random reasons. Once fired do not expect to be treated fairly - different people have been denied experience certificates and had to face salary deductions (citing random rules which aren't applicable to management) 7. The core team which created the product from scratch has left. It used to be a fun place to work where great technical minds congregated, and it's sad to see the decay. If you are planning to join the company make sure that you ask for feedback from past and current employees.
