      Management will track your laptop so strictly on work from home days that if you aren’t moving your mouse 24/7 you will be fired

      Pros

      MDG has one of the most open door policies I have ever experienced. Leadership listens and actually helps solve challenges. It feels like a family and we act like a family. It makes work that much more enjoyable.
