Pros
Very diverse work place. Hire people at all levels of education. Coworkers are generally very friendly and competent. Learn a lot of skills and techniques that can be transferrable to other jobs. Good opportunities for overtime. I worked here during Covid, and I was able to keep my full salary and hours. Supervisors are easy to talk to and personable.
Cons
Work can be very repetitive and sometimes gets boring. Pay is a little low, livable, but could be higher across all positions. There are a couple areas to be promoted into, but sometimes you may get stuck at the same position and same level waiting for the person in that position to move on. Not good at recognizing employees for good work.
