      Great place to work. Lots of useful work experience for any employee wiling to take on responsibility and apply themselves. Free lunches. Great location in the city. Close to other industry players. Beautiful shared office space.

      comp plan rewards you the more you grind

      Cons

      Reps fighting over new leads, everybody fishing out of the same pool, Leadership is young and inexperienced and all promote from within, so nobody actuallly knows how to manage. Base salary is extremely under market average.
