I had two interviews with MEST. The first one was great. The second one was terrible.
Interestingly, this second one was with a senior staff members who acted cold in a way to intimidate me. I found it very strange. I was wondering if this was a Ghanaian thing because other interviewers from other parts of the world are friendlier and they speak with you with the demeanour that they are lucky to have you.
Also, these MEST leaders asked me only three questions. "Tell me about yourself", "What is A/B Testing?" (which was a follow-up question since I mentioned A/B Testing) and "What is your salary expectation?"
Then right after, I got a rejection email with "Dear Candidate". I was shocked that they couldn't even use my name since I have been through stages of their recruitment. I was also surprised at the outcome. I later found out through some friends at MEST that someone had a lady they wanted to hire so the interview with me was just a formality.
I saw MEST as a place with high integrity and this was the last thing to expect from them. Human capital is crucial to any firm's success so If they don't fix the human capital gateway, they will sink this ship.

Tell me about yourself?
What is your salary expectation?
I applied online. I interviewed at MEST in Sept 2018
Interview
It was detailed and the interviewers seemed very well prepared and friendly. It did require getting past three stages to assess for skills, culture fit and potential alignment with the Director of the training program but of course these steps can be moved around depending on what is required.
