Many members among the senior management are very knowledgable, and the company has continually displayed tactical acumen through both organic and inorganic growth. They try to run a tight ship and this has made them a shareholder darling. The sales teams are extremely aggressive (in a good way).
Cons
Lot of blame shifting, passing the buck, and credit hogging. Often prone to extreme levels of micro management. Leaders in offshore centres are seldom able to put forth the grievances of their teams to the management, which largely sits out of onshore locations. Instead, the focus is often on stirring the pot with petty office politics and wanton displays of favouritism. The company might be a favoured recruiter for onshore roles, but offshore centres leave a lot to be desired.
