Pros
I am amazed at the Talent Development program of my new company. For MSD, developing talent from within is not lip service. A robust talent development program is in place from the field force to management level, and opportunities to grow their career is truly given first to internal before looking outside
Cons
Branding practices not yet mature or maybe no robust branding initiative yet in place. Employer branding must be an initiative that comes from Corporate so that there is one clear message and not individual countries or businesses trying to come up with their own branding.
