      No pros at all. I have never seen such micromanagement in any other company

      Bad upper management. Micromanagement and monopoly of one person. And no one is ready to listen to you. Bad behavior towards lateral joiners.pathetic company.don't join

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
