Pros
- Flexibility when it comes to working remotely, not being bound to one country which allows for travel - Supportive team and colleagues, lack of people with "big egos" - Leadership is open to hearing your ideas and improvements + lets you "design" your own role and responsibilities (to a reasonable degree ofc) - Supports your professional development - Well-paced onboarding, you're not immediately slammed with a ton of information
Cons
- Too many tools/systems where information is stored, sometimes leads to confusion and makes it harder to get a clear picture (though it's being worked on currently) - Would be nice to have a little bit more diversity in the leadership team -
